| Description in the original language | Předkládaná metodika zpracovává problematiku zemědělských drenážních soustav z hlediska jejich vlivu na zátěž vod dusičnany. Metodika obsahuje dvě části. V první části metodika předkládá praktické postupy pro posouzení a výběr odvodňovací soustavy k posouzení podle zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Hodnocení spočívá na základě výsledků analýzy současných parametrů drenáže – jejich funkčnosti, stáří, umístění v krajině, charakteru a rozlohy území jimi ovlivňovaného i budoucího způsobu využití drenážované půdy. Ve druhé části obsahuje metodika komplexní katalog opatření k ochraně jakosti vod před negativními účinky odvodňovacích systémů, včetně jejich popisu, charakteristik, účinnosti a realizovatelnosti - na drenážních soustavách, jejich zařízeních, odvodněné půdě a v hydrologicky navazujících níže situovaných polohách, za účelem ochrany jakosti vod před dusičnanovým znečištěním. |
| Description in English | Submitted methodics deals with the nitrate burden of agricultural tile drainage systems on water quality of small water courses. It consists of two parts; the first one set up practical procedures for selection and examination of a drainage system according to law no. 100/2001, of Environmental Impact Assessment. The evaluation is based on results of a detailed analysis, which embodies the functionality, age and placement of the examined system in the landscape, and contemporary and future usage of drained and related land. In the second part of the methodics, there is listed a comprehensive catalogue of measures for water quality protection with detailed description of all the arrangements, evaluation of their efficiency and their feasibility – on tile drainage systems, drained lands and hydrologicaly connected areas. |
