| Description in the original language | Důležitou součástí návrhu plánu společných zařízení v KPÚ je návrh protierozních a protipovodňových opatření, sloužící ke zmírnění škodlivých účinků povrchového odtoku a extrémních srážek. Obecný postup pro výběr opatření lze těžko doporučit, protože závisí na mnoha faktorech. Z pohledu ochrany půdy má nejvyšší účinnost plošné zatravnění nebo zalesnění. V protipovodňové ochraně jsou efektivnější biotechnické prvky (příkopy, meze) zaústěné do retenčních nádrží. |
| Description in English | An important part of a design of a common arrangement in a complex land planning is a design of erosion and flood control measures serving for reduction of a harmfull impact of runoff and extreme precipitations. It is difficult to recomend a general direction for measures choice, because it depends on many factors. From the soil conservation point of view, sheet grassing or forestation have the highest efficiency. Biotechnic elements (ditches, balks) emptiing to reservoirs are more effectual in the flood protection. |
