Project objectives in EnglishCzechoslovakia 1918-1938 - sources and the content of anti-democratic and the right wing criticism of its democracy.The major intention of the project is detailed analysis of undemocratic and antidemocratic political currents in Czechoslovakia 1918-1938.The justified assumption is that they occurred inside of a number of political parties as well as outside their organizations. Research will be focus on three civic political parties, Agrarian, Popular, and National Democratic. The aim of the project is an analysis of activities of these parties as well as of their prominent members, including their responses to changing conditions for the existence of democratic systems in the 1930s. The attention will also be paid to the use of their terminology in comparison to generally used terminology related to modern democracy. The intention of the analysis is also to provide the answer about the significance of these political streams, about their role for political developments in the second republic
